Explain what is happening
In the person's own words, by text or voice.
For municipalities, reception services, care and community organisations
Ey-U is being developed to help people understand information, organise their thoughts and prepare a realistic next step. It provides structure between appointments, while people remain in control and human support remains central.
Designed to complement existing support. Ey-U is not a clinician, diagnostic tool or emergency service.

Why Ey-U
Important questions often arise afterwards. Tension may increase, information can become difficult to process, or someone may not know which service to contact. Language barriers and pressure on services can make this gap even harder to navigate.
Ey-U is designed to bring calm and structure to that moment, without replacing human contact or professional responsibility.
The user journey
The digital companion helps people identify what matters, understand information and prepare for a conversation with the right person.
The user journey
In the person's own words, by text or voice.
Questions, concerns and important details are organised step by step.
Save a summary, prepare for an appointment or use an agreed contact route.
Language support and reporting
Ey-U is being designed for written and spoken language support. After a supported conversation, it may create a structured draft report in the organisation's working language. The user checks the meaning in their own language, and an authorised staff member reviews the report before it is used.
For organisations
A clear overview can help people arrive better prepared. Agreements, outstanding actions and next steps can be organised in a secure environment. This can also support continuity when workloads are high or an appointment is missed.
Support with everyday questions, language barriers and preparation for contact with public services.
More structure between appointments, with clear agreements and draft reports that can be reviewed.
An accessible route for people who are unsure where to take their question.
Clear boundaries
Ey-U does not determine a diagnosis or decide which intervention someone needs.
Ey-U is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee that every risk will be identified.
Purpose, consent, access, retention and follow-up must be agreed before a pilot begins.
Signals and draft reports never replace professional judgement or direct human contact.
A responsible first step
A pilot starts with one target group, one practical challenge and clear boundaries. Together, we define what will be tested, who is responsible and when the pilot should be adjusted or stopped.

Agreed roles and routes to human support
Privacy and safety conditions in place before use
An honest evaluation of value, risk and workload
“Support should continue after the conversation ends.”
Built from practice
Ey-U grew from years of practical experience in care and support. The same gap appeared repeatedly: an appointment ends, while questions, tension and practical difficulties continue.
Exploratory conversation
Tell us which group you support and where the gap between appointments is most visible. We can explore the challenge, the intended use and the conditions for a responsible pilot.
